01 / UNDERSTAND

Establish the context, objectives, stakeholder priorities, and decision environment.

The cycle returns from measurement to understanding. Learning refines the next decision rather than ending the engagement.

SPEAKING

Speaking on the decisions shaping cybersecurity and emerging technology.

Executive, academic, audit, and technology audiences exploring governance, assurance, and digital resilience.

Rigorous enough for complex decisions. Practical enough to implement.

The objective is not simply to make recommendations. It is to understand what is happening, determine why it is happening, identify what should change, support implementation, and establish whether that change delivers results.
